In early December 2016, Elia Olive Oil went to visit the olive groves and press in the Peloponnese where our olive oil is produced. Accompanying family friends and local farmers, we followed the entire journey from olive tree to table and recorded some wonderful footage of our experience. As you can see from the image, the area is extremely fertile and green. As per organic regulation, no pesticides or chemicals are used in the process. It is produced from a combination of two varieties of olive, the Koroneiki and Patrinos. It is extracted by cold pressing method and filtered method by precipitation.
